Coming soon for iPhone and Android No ads. No driving scores. Your hours are yours.Built for what families ask for
Most states require 30 to 65 hours of supervised driving, with some of them at night, before a teen can take the road test. Teen AutoLog keeps that record for you, accurately, from the first drive to the last.
Never lose an hour
Every drive is saved on the phone and in the cloud as you go. It works with no signal and keeps you signed in.
Both parents, one log
Invite the other parent with a code. Both phones see the same drives, and each drive records who supervised.
Night hours done right
Worked out from sunset and sunrise where you drove, on that day, using your state's definition of night.

Questions
Will my state accept the Teen AutoLog log?
In most states what counts is the parent's signed certification or the state's own form, and our printout is the record behind your signature. A few states have their own log or form; Teen AutoLog links to it and its printout has the same columns, so you can copy the numbers. Always check your state's official page, which the app links to.
Is it affiliated with the DMV?
No. Teen AutoLog is an independent app and is not affiliated with any state or government agency. State requirements are shown with the date we checked them and a link to the official page.
Whose phone records the drive?
The supervising parent's phone, in the passenger seat. The teen doesn't need the app and never has to touch a phone while driving.
Can both parents use it?
Yes. Invite the other parent with a code from the app. You'll both see and add drives to the same log. Instructors and other adults can be listed as supervisors without an account.
What about more than one teen?
Add a brother or sister any time. Each teen has their own state, targets and drives, and the one-time unlock covers them all.
What if we forgot to start a drive?
Add it by hand afterwards with the date, start and end time. It's marked "entered by hand" on the log.
What happens to our location data?
Location is recorded only while a drive you started is running, and it stays in your family's account. There are no ads and no tracking tools, and nothing is sold. See our Privacy Policy.
